Arabic-speaking driver in Europe: Mercedes van with chauffeur

Planning a family trip across France, Germany and Switzerland, and looking for a private driver who speaks Arabic? We are a chauffeured van company based in Strasbourg, on the French-German border, about 2 hours 40 minutes by road from Zurich. We provide a Mercedes V-Class van with a driver, for a single transfer or for several days on the road.

Our drivers speak Arabic, French and English. Your guests explain their plans in their own language and ask about routes, restaurants and timings directly, with no go-between and no translation app.

Prices are fixed and confirmed before departure, for the whole vehicle rather than per passenger. For simple transfers from Strasbourg, the calculator below shows the price straight away.

Why an Arabic-speaking driver?

On a road trip through Europe, what tires families out is rarely the driving itself. It is the details: German road signs, car parks far from the hotel, different rules in each country, and a pile of suitcases moved from train to taxi. With an Arabic-speaking driver, those details are handled before anyone notices them.

  • Your own language: the plan, the breaks, special requests and last-minute changes are all discussed in Arabic.
  • A local driver: our drivers live in Strasbourg, between Alsace and the Black Forest, an hour from Europa-Park.
  • Door to door: hotel to restaurant, shop or sight, with no hunting for parking and no luggage on station platforms.
  • Privacy for the family: the vehicle is yours alone, never shared with other passengers.

For travel agencies and concierges in the Gulf

If you organise trips to Europe for families from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman, we can take care of the ground transport in eastern France, south-west Germany and the routes to and from Switzerland. Send the itinerary, passenger numbers and luggage on WhatsApp: we reply with a fixed price for single transfers, or a detailed quote for a multi-day trip. Our drivers can speak with your clients in Arabic and with you in English or French.

The Mercedes V-Class: room for the family and the luggage

The van seats up to 8 passengers with 8 suitcases in a single vehicle: a whole family with children, or a group of relatives, without splitting the bags between two cars. A pushchair still fits with 8 passengers on board. Child seats on request: tell us the children’s ages when you book. Three passengers or fewer? A sedan (up to 3 passengers) costs less.

The vehicle is yours alone: the family can talk freely, rest and stay together, away from crowded trains and coaches. More than 8 people? Several vehicles, on quote. Photos and details: Mercedes V-Class with driver.

Prayer stops and halal food

  • Prayer stops on request: tell the driver which prayer times you want to keep, and the driver plans a stop at a suitable place along the way.
  • Halal restaurant suggestions: the driver can suggest halal restaurants in the towns you pass through, drop you off and pick you up again.
  • The family’s pace: breaks for the children, coffee or shopping stops, a slower day when you need one. The plan adapts to you.

Fixed prices for transfers from Strasbourg

“From” prices for a one-way trip by van, from central Strasbourg, for the whole vehicle with up to 8 passengers. They are based on road distance: day rate from 7:00 to 19:00, night rate from 19:00 to 7:00 and all day Sunday. The final price depends on your exact address; the calculator shows it before you book.

Entry tickets to sights and parks, and meals, are not included.

A driver for several days: a European road trip

The same driver and van can stay with you for the whole trip, over several days: for example Paris, then Strasbourg and Alsace, then the Black Forest and Europa-Park, ending in Zurich. The van remains at your disposal and the stops change as you wish.

For this kind of trip the price is on quote, because it depends on the route, the number of days and the daily distances. Send us your dates, number of passengers and suitcases, and the places you want to see; we send a clear quote before anything is booked. For ideas, see Europe road trips by van with an Arabic-speaking driver: four sample itineraries of 3 to 7 days, stage by stage.

Starting in Paris, Switzerland or Germany

Your trip does not have to start in Strasbourg. The driver can meet you:

  • in Paris, at your hotel or the airport, then head east towards Alsace;
  • in Switzerland, for example in Zurich, Basel or Geneva, for a trip into France or Germany;
  • in Germany, in Frankfurt, Stuttgart or another city, for a trip towards Alsace or Switzerland.

Because the driver travels to you from Strasbourg, these trips are on quote. At airports, the driver meets you with a name sign and tracks your flight. Journeys entirely within Switzerland (from one Swiss city to another) are on request, subject to Swiss regulations, and journeys between two places in Germany (such as Europa-Park and Titisee) are on request, subject to German regulations: ask us before planning them.

An Arabic-speaking driver in France, Germany and Switzerland

Strasbourg is a natural starting point for a European road trip, with three countries around it:

  • France: Paris, Strasbourg’s old town, Colmar and the villages of the Alsace Wine Route. See Alsace Wine Route with a private driver.
  • Germany: the Black Forest (Schwarzwald) with its lakes and waterfalls, the spa town of Baden-Baden, and Europa-Park in Rust, which describes itself as Germany’s largest theme park.
  • Switzerland: Zurich, Basel and Geneva, as the start or the end of your trip.

The same driver takes you from one country to the next, so there is no change of vehicle and no unloading of luggage at each border.

Borders and documents

France, Germany and Switzerland are all in the Schengen area, but Switzerland is not in the European Union: border checks may take place and customs rules apply to goods. Bring valid passports for every passenger, children included, with a visa if you need one. We do not handle visa applications: check the rules for your nationality before you travel.

How to book, step by step

  1. Send us your plans on WhatsApp: dates, pick-up and drop-off, number of passengers and suitcases, and the children’s ages if you need child seats.
  2. We send you the price: a fixed price for a single transfer, or a detailed quote for a multi-day trip.
  3. You confirm: by paying online, or by replying to our message if you prefer to pay in the vehicle.
  4. On the day: the driver meets you at the agreed address, loads the luggage, and you set off.

Around the clock, and payment that suits you

  • 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including late hotel arrivals and early airport departures.
  • Fixed price before departure, for the whole vehicle.
  • Pay online by card, or in the vehicle.
