What we offer

How it works

  • You give us the hotel name and address, the flight or train time, and the number of passengers and suitcases.
  • The driver waits for you with a sign with your name, at arrivals or on the platform.
  • They drop you at the hotel door. In the Grande Île in December, they drop you as close as possible and show you the way, see below.
  • For the return, we agree the pick-up time at the hotel, day or night.

Distance guide: Strasbourg-Entzheim airport is about 13 km from Place Kléber, around 25 minutes by road depending on traffic (OSRM calculation). The station is about 1.3 km from the centre.

The driver comes to reception with a sign with the guest’s name. An invoice can be issued on request, in the guest’s name or the hotel’s.

In December

Motor traffic is not allowed in the Grande Île during Christmas market hours, according to the city. If your hotel is inside that zone, the driver drops you as close as possible and explains the walk. We work on 24, 25 and 31 December. See Strasbourg Christmas market.

Van or saloon car?

The van (up to 8 passengers with luggage) suits families and groups. The saloon car (up to 3 passengers) is enough for a solo traveller or a couple. More than 8 people: several vans, on quote. Child seats on request; a pushchair fits even with 8 passengers.
