How it works
- You open a corporate account. Send us your company name, billing address, VAT number (or French SIRET), your accounts department’s email address and the names of the people allowed to book.
- You book for your employees. On WhatsApp or on +33 3 88 26 13 13 (03 88 26 13 13 in France): the route, date and time, the name for the welcome sign, the flight or train number. You get the price within 30 minutes, day or night, weekends included.
- Your employee rides without paying. The driver knows the ride is covered by your company: no card to hand over, no expense claim to fill in.
- You pay the way that suits you: by monthly invoice, or in advance (see below).

Which trips
- Arrivals and departures at Strasbourg station and the airports: Strasbourg-Entzheim, Basel-Mulhouse, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Zurich, Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden. The driver waits with a sign bearing your employee’s name and we track flights. See our airport transfers and Strasbourg station transfers.
- Meetings and client visits: from one site to another in Alsace, or across the Rhine to Kehl, Offenburg or Karlsruhe.
- Driver at your disposal: by the hour, for a full day or over several days (on quote), when the schedule is a string of meetings.
- Teams and groups: up to 8 people per van, and up to 6 vans, i.e. 48 people, for one group (on quote).
- Long distance: Paris, Luxembourg, Switzerland or Germany, on quote.

Who it is for
Companies in every sector whose employees travel to Strasbourg and Alsace: industry, consulting, law and accounting firms, laboratories, banks and insurers, business travel agencies, event organisers, organisations working with the European institutions. The person who contacts us is usually an executive assistant, office manager, HR, facilities or the accounts department.
What the invoice shows
Each ride appears on the invoice with the date, the passenger’s name, the route and the price. It is issued by TAXI STRASBOURG SARL, which charges VAT (VAT number FR45803761014), in your company’s name and to your billing address.

Prices are fixed, for the whole vehicle rather than per person, and confirmed before departure.
- Strasbourg station or airport → hotel in Strasbourg: from €55 by van.
- Driver at your disposal: €80 per hour by van, €60 per hour by sedan.
- Other routes: send us the route on WhatsApp and get the price within 30 minutes.
