Booking data

Name, email, phone, trip and message are used only to process your request and perform the ride (legal basis: pre-contractual measures and contract). They are sent through the form service Web3Forms and kept for 3 years after the last ride, unless accounting rules require otherwise. Providing your name, email or phone and trip details is necessary to process your request: without them we cannot handle your booking.

Recipients and processors

• Hostinger International Ltd: website hosting and technical logs;
• Web3Forms: transmission of the booking form (United States);
• Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC: Google Analytics 4, only with your consent;
• Komoot GmbH (Photon, Germany) for address suggestions and the OSRM project / FOSSGIS e.V. (Germany) for route calculation — only when you use the simulator’s address fields; the addresses you type and your IP address are sent to them; functional service, no cookies;
• WhatsApp / Meta: only if you write to us on WhatsApp.

Transfers outside the EU

Web3Forms and Google (Google Analytics, only with your consent) may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

WhatsApp and phone

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are subject to WhatsApp (Meta) terms.

Audience measurement

Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure traffic (legal basis: your consent). The _ga and _ga_* cookies are kept for 13 months at most and data stays 14 months in Google Analytics 4. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage, key sv-consent), not in a cookie. Without consent, no analytics cookie is set.
