What we drive
- Arrivals and departures: Strasbourg-Entzheim, Basel-Mulhouse, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Zurich and Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden airports, and Strasbourg station. The driver waits with a name sign for the person or the delegation, and we track the flights. See our airport transfers.
- Chauffeur for the Council of Europe, the Parliament and the Court: trips around the European quarter between your hotel, the European Parliament, the Council of Europe, the European Court of Human Rights, your embassy or your consulate. - Driver at your disposal: by the hour (€80 per hour by van, €60 by sedan), or over several days on quote, for back-to-back meetings, appointments and dinners during a session or an official visit.
- Large delegations: up to 6 vans, or 48 people, for one group, on quote.
- Long distance: departures from Paris, Switzerland or Germany are possible, on quote.
- Guest programme: the Alsace Wine Route, Colmar, the Black Forest or the Alsace Christmas markets. Entrance fees and tastings are not included.
How it works
- The person organising the trip (secretariat, assistant, desk officer) sends us the programme on WhatsApp or on +33 3 88 26 13 13 (03 88 26 13 13 from France): dates, times, addresses, number of people and bags, flight numbers, name for the sign.
- They get a quote within 30 minutes, 7 days a week, day and night, with a fixed price for each vehicle.
- The delegation is met by the driver, with the name sign, and taken to the hotel or the meeting venue.
- Your organisation pays by invoice or in advance: passengers have nothing to pay the driver.
Payment: by invoice for your organisation
The calculator’s “Book” button leads to card payment. Embassies, consulates, delegations and international organisations can also pay through a corporate account, open to any company or organisation:
- By invoice, from the first ride: one invoice at the end of the month, or at the end of the trips for a one-off visit, paid by bank transfer.
- In advance: by online payment link or bank transfer, before the ride.
Invoices are issued by TAXI STRASBOURG SARL (VAT no. FR45803761014), in your organisation’s name.
During the sessions
During European Parliament plenary sessions and the sessions of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, hotels and vehicles are in high demand: send us the programme as early as you can.
