Our practical tips

  • Buy your tickets in advance on the official Europa-Park website (conditions and prices on europapark.de).
  • Bring your passport or ID card: Rust is in Germany.
  • Comfortable shoes: the park is big and you’ll walk a lot.
  • Plan your must-do rides before you arrive, using the park information on europapark.de, so you don’t waste time deciding on the day.
  • Agree a meeting point with everyone in your group in case you get separated, and keep your driver’s number in your phone.
  • Arrive early on busy days (weekends and school holidays).
  • In winter, dress warmly: many rides are outdoors.
  • Pushchairs or wheelchairs: let us know when booking so we keep space in the boot.

Where can we pick you up?

We drive from Strasbourg (your hotel, home or the station), but also from Colmar and the surrounding area, or straight from one of the region’s airports if you’re flying in. Handy if you’re combining a flight with a day at the park, or staying in one of the park’s own hotels.

You can book:

  • a one-way transfer if you’re staying at a Europa-Park hotel;
  • a same-day return, with the ride home at the time you choose;
  • a transfer on to your hotel in Alsace at the end of your stay at the park.

Whatever you choose, our price simulator gives you a price in 30 seconds.

Good to know: grandparents and grandchildren Europa-Park isn’t only about big roller coasters: there are gentle rides, shows and themed areas to stroll through, so every generation finds something. Plan regular breaks, as the park is large.

Why go by private van?

  • No direct train from Strasbourg to the park.
  • For families and groups, one van is often simpler and more comfortable than several cars.
  • Door to door: pick-up at your hotel, the station or the airport, drop-off at the park.
  • A ride home at the time you choose, even late.

Our Mercedes van seats up to 8 passengers; our sedan up to 3. Our drivers speak English, French and Arabic.

Prices: the price depends on your pick-up point and the type of trip (one way, return, or waiting). Our price simulator gives you a price in 30 seconds.

Staying a few days?

Europa-Park fits nicely into a longer stay in Alsace and the Black Forest:
