Trade fairs, congresses and exhibitions in Strasbourg in 2027: the calendar
Coming to Strasbourg for a trade fair, a congress or an exhibition in 2027, as an exhibitor, a visitor or part of a delegation? This guide lists the main events at the Strasbourg Exhibition Centre (Parc des expositions) and the Palais de la musique et des congrès, with only the dates published by the organisers. When a 2027 date is not official yet, we say “to be confirmed”.
We then drive you from the train station or Strasbourg-Entzheim airport to the entrance of the venue, in a van with a driver, for up to 8 passengers with their luggage.
Strasbourg trade fairs 2027 at a glance
- Official dates: art3f from 12 to 14 March 2027, Salon de l’Habitat from 2 to 5 April 2027, Mondial des Vins Blancs on 3 and 4 April 2027, Foire Européenne from 3 to 12 September 2027.
- Where: Exhibition Centre and Palais de la musique et des congrès, place de Bordeaux, in the Wacken district.

These dates come from the organisers’ websites and from the “Nos productions” page of Strasbourg Events, which runs the Exhibition Centre and the congress centre.

art3f opening hours, as announced by the organiser: Friday 4 pm to 11 pm, Saturday 10 am to 8 pm, Sunday 10 am to 7 pm.
The Mondial des Vins Blancs is a competition: 60 French and international judges taste wines from all over the world. It is not open to the public, but it brings judges and producers to Strasbourg who need transfers.
Events whose 2027 dates are not published yet
For these events, we found no 2027 date on the organiser’s official website as of 21 October 2026. Do not book a hotel before the official announcement.
- Salon des Vins des Vignerons Indépendants (independent winegrowers’ fair): to be confirmed.
- Journées des Universités (university and higher-education fair): to be confirmed.
- La Japan, Japanese culture convention: to be confirmed.
- ST-ART, contemporary art fair: the 2026 edition runs from 13 to 15 November 2026; the 2027 edition is to be confirmed.

Where are trade fairs held in Strasbourg?
The big congresses and fairs take place at the Palais de la musique et des congrès (which Strasbourg Events calls “Palais des Congrès”), place de Bordeaux, in the Wacken district, and at the neighbouring Exhibition Centre (Parc des expositions), registered at the same address. The paid visitor car park of the Exhibition Centre is on rue Fritz Kieffer.
According to Strasbourg Events, it takes about 12 minutes from the station by tram B or E (Wacken stop), and about 18 minutes by car from the airport. The congress centre is also 1.5 km from the European Parliament.
Station or airport transfer to the fair by van
Prices are for the whole vehicle (up to 8 passengers), not per person:

Daytime means 7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday; night means 7 pm to 7 am, plus all day Sunday. For any other route (a hotel outside the centre, Basel-Mulhouse or Frankfurt airport), the price calculator gives the exact price.

- At the station, the driver waits with a name sign. We do not track trains: let us know on WhatsApp if your train is late.
- Open 24/7: early stand set-up, late dismantling or a business dinner are no problem.

Exhibitors, delegations and groups
One van carries up to 8 people with their luggage. For a larger delegation or exhibitor team, we send several vans at the same time: up to 6 vans, or 48 people, on request. Send us the times, the addresses and the number of participants: we organise departures together or in waves, for example every morning between the hotels and the Exhibition Centre.
